Humpback whale, from head to tail

A long time being silent may mean many things, one of them being: I have been busy learning new skills and enjoying my surroundings. 

Yesterday, on a rainy, foggy day, we decided to go on a little boat ride. Not too far, but it's extremely enjoyable.

We tried fishing a little bit. As we were stationary, out of nowhere came a humpback whale.

It breached 2 times, in the silence of this stunning area, and after the second time, I decided to get my camera out. It spyhoped twice and started tail flapping for a minute. That was fantastic...... then, as it appears, it disappeared.

That was really a beautiful moment spent on the water, totally unexpected,  well worth the cold hands !!
